Is anyone using msys to build OpenJDK?

If anyone is currently using msys to build OpenJDK, I'm curious to know 
what version so I can replicate that environment.

As we are trying to add WSL support, we are touching all sorts of places 
in configure, and there is a big risk that we break the existing msys 
support. I would like to be able to setup an environment so I can at 
least do basic verification of such changes.

I know we initially set this up for msys, but later I tried msys2, which 
seemed a lot more modern and easy to use. I do remember there were 
several options on how to setup it up exactly though.
