I made a pass through your web rev and had a couple quick questions:

Is there a reason we use macOS in some places and OS X in others as I would 
think we should be consistent throughout.

The notes regarding Jdk 10 that talk about adding support for the attach api 
that are being removed I was wondering if the information should be kept (or is 
this no longer valid) and just remove the jdk 10 specific reference?
