I hereby nominate Aleksey Shipilev (shade) to Membership in the Build Group.
Aleksey is a long standing member of the OpenJDK Members Group and the Hotspot Group. He is a prolific contributor, and has committed more than 600 changes to the JDK over the years. Lately, Aleksey has made a number of improvement to the build system, which is indicated by the more than 140 commits made to files in the "make" directory since 2018.
