I am not 100% confident that this actually identifies the problem, nor that it really provides a fix, nor that this even is the best way to achieve this even if it should be the correct fix. Intermittent build problems are the worst. :-( They are hard to reproduce or know for sure if they are gone, but when they occur they cause a havoc in the CI pipeline.
