I see that @pchilano  already filed https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8339569 
recommending PAGE_NOACCESS. I see two ways forward:
1. Switch to using PAGE_NOACCESS.  
1. Keep using PAGE_READWRITE | PAGE_GUARD, but set SetThreadStackGuarantee 
correctly and deal with Windows potentially ungarding ALL the guard pages.

I think if we can get yellow+red to work on Windows then it shouldn't be too 
much harder to get reserved+yellow+red to work.  PAGE_NOACCESS seems to be the 
familiar, more intuitive model.
