#721: buildbot.test.runs.test_db.Builder badly isolated

This test fails to clean up its basedir on completion.
Adding code to clean up the basedir leads to problems with builders trying
to save themselves after the test has completed.
The test should be able to run repeatedly in the same process without
failure.
