#727: console history reflects current status rather than history

I'm using the buildbot console version 0.7.12rc2 and I noticed that when a
test failure occurs, the console displays red failure indications for the
entire column, rather than just for the revisions which were included in
the build which failed. Similarly, when the problem is fixed, it removes
the failure indications from the entire column and makes the entire column
green.
In other words, when a failure happens, the main console screen makes it
look like the failure has always been happening. And when it starts
passing again, it looks like it had never failed.
