#769: Cancelling a pending build for a Triggerable scheduler causes the
Triggering build to hang

if you have a buildfactory that includes a Trigger step that waits for
completion, and one of the builds in the Triggered scheduler is cancelled,
then the Trigger step will hang forever.
I haven't verified this in 0.8.0.
