We have slaves that reconnect repeatedly (their clocks run really fast ..
vmware sucks .. long story). We have ways to whack them into shape, but
it would be nice if the buildmaster could indicate this somehow - maybe
the buildslaves/ display could indicate the average reconnect rate?
