We're going to try upgrading a couple of slaves to 0.8.0rc2 and just use
those exclusively with the master to see if that might make some
difference. If that doesn't bear fruit we'll try downgrading twisted to
10.0.0 to 8.1.0 - the same as you have running on the metabuildbot master.
