#862: Add links to external html pages in waterfall summary

I am using buildbot to run build scripts and also run tests using an
external tool which generates html reports. I would like to add a link to
each test report in the waterfall box corresponding to that test. Is there
a way to do this in the current version (0.8.0)? If not it would be nice
to add this feature to the API.
