#914: Add ability to send instance data to EC2 instances

If Buildbot could send the following to a slave, then we would only need
one AMI to support an unlimited number of buildslaves for a particular
project:
* botname
* password (randomly generated?)
* master host:port
Let's add this ability, and then add an AMI startup script that will read
this information and start the slave, and stick it in contrib. Then we
can build a "sample" AMI based on Fedora 8 and use it in Buildbot demos.
Sounds cool, eh?
