Comment:
Buildbot 0.8.1 introduced the ability to shut the master down cleanly. It
will stop assigning new builds; and it will wait for all running builds to
finish, and then exit.
I'm not sure how we could identify which builds were interrupted
properly...If we could do that, then restarting them is pretty simple.
