#966: Wrong description for steps skipped via doStepIf

When step is skipped via doStepIf, then its displayed description is set
to 'description' instead of 'descriptionDone' (or preferably
'descriptionDone (SKIPPED)').
This results in 'configuring', 'compiling', 'testing', etc. for skipped
steps.
