I figured out that the failure here was due to not upgrading buildbot.tac
in the buildslave created pre-0.8.1. I still couldn't get it to work, but
once I deleted everything and created the service again I was finally able
to get it to work.
So, it looks like this ticket just needs to track including
buildbot_service.py in the Scripts directory.
