... I was so sure I looked into it enough to rule out something lower in
the process from the buildslave going wrong, but I hadn't thought to look
at what that pid was (since I always looked at it after the kill happened)
The process at -10 is 'make buildbottest', which eventually runs
./python.exe ...etc.
So apparently this isn't an actual bug in buildbot. I'll go talk to
#python-dev. Sorry for the confusion!
