#1048: Buildslave on Windows XP

Dear group:
I am trying to install buildslave on Windows XP, I did follow all the
steps on http://kb.askmonty.org/v/buildbot-setup-for-windows
but is not working. The strange thing is that I did the same in my laptop
and it works but in my desktop doesn't.
