Merge branch 'server-source' of git://github.com/tomprince/buildbot
* 'server-source' of git://github.com/tomprince/buildbot:
Handle with properties for the string in
buildbot.steps.transfer.StringDownload.
Add slave commands to make and remove directories.
Add SetPropertiesFromEnv command, and slave side support. (closes #814)
