#1742: gitpoller should not process *all* changes on first fetch

Currently, if you fire up a gitpoller, e.g., from the example config, it
will download all changes since rev 00000000. The other pollers, on first
run, just make a note of the most recent change. That would be a good
idea for gitpoller, too!
