I think this is working now. The metabuildbot's 'docs' builder will
update the bare repo, and run 'trac-admin ~/trac sync Buildbot', although
that only seems to adopt changes some of the time. I've left
{{{repository_sync_per_request}}} enabled, as that seems to work more
often.
I wish Trac had some decent documentation for this sort of thing.
