There's some extra stuff in there that might not make sense in your
context:
* we set the heading's class to that of the lower-left build, which is
the most recent incremental build in our set
* we hide and show a loading gif animation
* I rewrite the relative HTTP links so that they are correct
* our Buildbots reside under /buildbot/<id>/, so it's easy to use the id
fetch & rewrite the URLs
