Does "Preferred" mean build would run on it only?
What would it do if "Preferred" is busy when forcing build? Would build
just enqueue or start on the first available slave even if not Preferred
or if "Preferred" are more than one, first it tries on them then it fails
if all of them are busy or it enqueues and runs when one of them gets
available?
