build.requests contains BuildRequest objects, not dictionaries
This reverts a diff I should not have committed in
e1a03cb88ccfe5ac55aea3929fd1e0081fd2e263. At the time I was considering
making build.requests a list of build request dictionaries, but decided
against it.
