#1968: Multi-prefix support for PBChangeSource

Since we use subversion externals in our project, it became important to
receive updates on changes on all the different parts (and in our case,
from multiple servers), so I implemented the accompanying patch (which we
currently just inject in master.cfg). It may not be ideal, but enables
multiple subversion sources to trigger a single buildbot.
