#1969: How can I config GerritChangeSource trigger building?

After Ticket #1939 fixed,I can see GerritChangeSource changes in waterfall
view.But it does not trigger building.
First I use timed.Nightly schedule,after I set "onlyIfChanged=True",it
will not build after it is the time I set(if "onlyIfChanged=False",it will
build)
Then I try SingleBranchScheduler and AnyBranchScheduler,it seems that
these 2 can trigger building when receive changes,but these 2 do not work
either.
Or I have to do more before I use GerritChangeSource?
