#1999: Include full filename in warnings, if known

!WarningCountingShellCommand can collect full pathnames by minding the
enter/leave dirs. However, the resulting "warnings (%d)" logfile does not
include the full filename, and in fact also omits the enter/leave context
that would help a human locate the warnings.
The warnings log could be in HTML, and include the full pathname and line
number gleaned from the processing of the compiler logs.
