#2006: AnyBranchScheduler derives from Scheduler and gives warning

Using an AnyBranchScheduler gets you warnings in the logs about use of the
deprecated Scheduler name. This is due to an incorrect inheritance (it
should probably derive from BaseBasicScheduler.
