Comment:
ipv6guru - the default value is {{{sqlite:///state.sqlite}}}, so if you're
using sqlite, you don't actually need to set the parameter in master.cfg.
If you specify a --db= to upgrade-master, then you *do*, but there are
warnings for that.
There are no other parameters that must be changed, so I think that the
more general subject of this ticket is not required.
