The metabuildbot currently has py27-tw0280 completely idle, but with six
slaves available. The builder display
(http://buildbot.buildbot.net/builders/py27-tw0820) correctly reflects
this, but the builders page (http://buildbot.buildbot.net/builders) lists
it as still building.
Time to don my hard hat.
