#2077: DirectoryUpload creates missing directories with umode 077

DirectoryUpload creates the missing directories on the master side. This
is great!
But alas this directories are created by default with permission 700.
IIUC, this default permission is forced by twisted.
- Could it be possible that the buildbot.tac of the master have an umode
option?
- Or maybe the DirectoryUpload step have a mode parameter?
