The tutorial is now merged.
Remaining to do:
* post to readthedocs.org -- need to figure out who owns this and
redirect, or maybe they'll figure it out
* new bugs for various cleanups
* multiple indices? (Python module index, buildbot config index,
general index)
* new domain for config entries?
* API docs
* use autodoc extension?
