Thanks. I'm using buildbot from git, and it no longer crashes when
sendToInterestedUsers=False.
Oddly, though, it seems to ignore the value of sendToInterestedUsers.
If I set it to False, the author of the try job still gets email.
I haven't dug into this in detail, so treat this as a rumor.
