Documentation on how to install the mysql requirements for BuildBot are
missing.
A non-python-programmer will find it hard to figure out how learn which
(python) packages are missing and what commands to invoke.
On Debian, these steps include:
* As root: apt-get build-dep python-mysqldb
* As buildbot-user: pip install MySQL-python
