#2232: ForceScheduler should repopulate on error

Here is my setup:
* ForceScheduler(..., properties=[StringParameter(default="foo",..)])
I submitted a build via the web, but neglected to fill in my name.
Buildbot complained (Your name:: please fill in email address in the form
User <[email protected]>) and showed the form again, but the property was
reset to the default value.
It would be nice if the form was filled back out as the user submitted it.
