Revert "Make GitPoller search for git if not specified"
This reverts commit 748c3b3649a19a00761c58aa0592a66b8c8e86fa, and
subsequent test changes that correspond with it.
I promised not to commit this, and then got distracted. It makes tests
fail if git is not installed.
