I'm guessing that you are talking about an issue with a particular
instance of buildbot, rather than buildbot in general. If so, then you
should contact whoever runs that instance.
If it is in fact a problem with the software, then we will need some more
information. What you expect to happen, and what actually happened, and
the configuration of the buildbot, to start with.
