Closing this, as I don't know if this should be the case. It is now
possible to select multiple modes, and thus select 'exception' if that is
desired. Furthermore, it seems that it is possible that the people who are
interested in a build exception (build manager) are different than those
who would be interested in a build failure (developer).
Feel free to reopen, if you disagree.
