#2334: WebStatus parameter numbuilds not honored in builders/* pages

You can add the "numbuilds=N" parameter to URLs like for instance
"http://buildbot.buildbot.net/builders/coverage?numbuilds=15"; but you cant
set a default value for this option.
It should default to the parameter 'numbuilds' passed to the WebStatus
ctor.
