This sort of fixes the problem we're having at enlightenment.org. However,
using svnRetry I noticed one problem:
It seems that the delay value is not honored and buildbot doesn't wait
before updating again.
I tried adding something like http://twistedmatrix.com/pipermail/twisted-
python/2010-September/022889.html in cleanupAndIncremental, but then the
update process just seems to hang.
