The css file's either
https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/tree/master/master/contrib/css
or sandbox/master/public_html/default.css
The corresponding results file is at

Now when it fails again, I'm trying to figure out why it won't use the
.failure css class.
If it fails, you restart the build after a fix which could fall under the
retry but that uses a different background color so that isn't the issue
I will have to assume for now that build status 'failed again' somehow
uses the same
background-color: #fa3; property, thereby causing the bug
