It makes sense indeed. SVN returns "svn: E200007: URL 'repourl' refers to
a file, not a directory", so maybe I can use the "E200007" part wich is
not locale-dependant.
(I turns out I'm only working on this in extremely short time slices, so
if someone is also affected by this issue, he can work on it.)
