New description:

 There ought to be a place to add a description of the Builder somewhere,
 so that it can be displayed
 on the web page when you look at /builders/BUILDERNAME . At the moment the
 builder name is the best
 clue you can get as to the purpose of the builder, and they need to be
 short to fit on the waterfall
 page.

 I'm thinking Builder(description="...") and then
 IBuilderStatus.getDescription()
