No, the data we want is really what is in buildbot_www, as sdist is not
really sdist, it contains the grunt processed data.
That said. I know we have a regression on the grunt prod target, the
index.htm, and require.js file is not correctly copied in buildbot_www.
Also, I did not test for a while if setup.py was able to run from sdist
tarball.
