The twisted.cred API was exposed in change_hook_auth for change hooks by
Tom Prince in
https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/commit/3b1b6e600ca5c95961ec14dd56e602e1ca62408b
but the documentation does not reflect this change in BitBucket, Google
Code and GitLab change hook sections.
