I think this problem should be documented, and for the moment have the
recommendation of not using db replication for now.
I think there is a need for numbers to know at which load threshold db
replication is really needed. On my own 0.8 setup, mysql load is barely
measurable, while my 3 masters are often 100% cpu.
At the moment, what is the implemented in most case is that the event is
built with the full data, for that kind, and the ui is using this and dont
go get the data again via data api. The problem would be for the child
details.
As a result, I would demote this task for post 0.9
