I recently updated to 0.8.9 and I've been seeing some flaky behavior with
build requests. This evening, I ended up with 3 idle build slaves, 1
running one, and a whole bunch of builds backed up and not scheduled.
I did not see this until recently, when I've been moving forward to 0.8.9.
Note that I do have about 8 private patches on top of the 0.8.9 branch,
but these were there prior to the difficulties too.
I'm filing this bug in case anyone else is seeing this, although it could
be something about my setup.
