Fix venv_home_dir to be the home directory
The home directory needs to the actual home directory. Instead try to
make the venv_name be a directory path.

Install the python package to get the 'python' wrapper
The virtualenv setup assumes 'python' exists. It should probably be
changed to expect 'python2' instead.
