remove dependancy on buildbot/master
Having gulp generating automatically the dataspec fixture is generating lots of
issues
- create unneeded dependancy on buildbot master to be installed before
buildbot-www
- recently require people to hit enter in the middle of the build to unstuck it.
I am not sure if this is virtualenv, gulp, or gulp-shell related
As Andras has the goal to rewrite all that I prefer to just hardcode the
fixtures
