In SVN. Couple of changes I made: we actually need to build both Ruby and
JRuby packages at once, the release task needs them both. Also I change the
docs to use gem install install instead of rake install: the documentation will
get published in the 1.3 release, and the 13 release will have a Gem available
from RubyForge.
