Something to do when we have the time.
Two things I don't like about XmlSimple: a) returning an array of nodes is not
that simple, sometimes more confusing that just using REXML; b) if the input
doesn't look like XML, it attempts to read a file with that name, which could
be hard to find bug, or potentially security risk.
Either find something that does XML Simple better (XML Simple = no namespace,
no mixed content, usually no attributes), or switch back to REXML.
